About
Nicole is a north Georgia native. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Mercer University in 2008. After college, Nicole attended Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in Montgomery, Alabama, earning her juris doctorate degree and graduating with honors in 2011. During law school, Nicole was a member of her law school’s mock trial competition team and earned a Public Interest Fellow designation because of her commitment to public service during her law school career.
After law school, Nicole returned to her hometown of Pickens County where she served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Appalachian Judicial Circuit. While representing the State of Georgia, Nicole prosecuted a variety of cases ranging from misdemeanors to felonies, including juvenile delinquency cases.
Nicole then decided to continue her career as a criminal defense attorney in private practice. Her experience and success as a prosecutor allows her to zealously defend clients who are facing criminal charges. Nicole understands that the legal process can be stressful and overwhelming. She uses her understanding of the criminal process to zealously advocate for her clients while protecting their rights.
